JWOMEDIA GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Applicability These conditions apply to all offers, activities, and agreements between JWOMEDIA and its clients.
2. Quotes and Agreements All quotes are valid for 30 days. An agreement is formed when the client confirms the quote via email or social media.
3. Execution of the Shoot
- Creative Freedom: The client acknowledges that JWOMEDIA has creative freedom regarding the style and editing of the media.
- Access: The client is responsible for ensuring that the location (e.g., parking garage, estate) is accessible and that all necessary permits are in place.
4. Intellectual Property & Usage
- Ownership: JWOMEDIA remains the legal owner of all original (RAW) files and edited media.
- License: Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the final edited media for commercial purposes (website, social media, ads).
- Portfolio: JWOMEDIA reserves the right to use the results of any shoot for its own portfolio and promotion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Payment & Cancellation
- Payment: Invoices must be paid within 14 days.
- Late Payment: If the payment period is exceeded, JWOMEDIA may suspend the delivery of media until payment is received.
- Cancellation: If a shoot is cancelled within 48 hours of the start time, JWOMEDIA reserves the right to charge 25% of the agreed-upon total.
